In accordance with consumer protection laws in the European Union and other jurisdictions, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, without providing any justification.

After the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, the Premium subscription is considered as a digital service that has been activated and used. No refunds are granted for the current subscription period beyond the 14-day withdrawal period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through your app store (App Store / Google Play).
Important: Cancellation prevents automatic renewal but does not refund the current period. You will retain Premium access until the end of the paid period.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (weekly). Make sure to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
Beyond the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds may be granted only in the following exceptional cases:
If you have been charged in error, charged twice for the same service, or charged after canceling your subscription, we will process a full refund.
If the service is completely unusable due to a technical problem on our end and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a prorated refund may be granted.
