2. Service Description

PlsConfess is a platform that allows users to receive anonymous confessions through a personalized link.

3. Terms of Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• You must not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Offensive, abusive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you post. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is reported as inappropriate.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

PlsConfess maintains a zero tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, or illegal content. Users who post such content will be immediately removed from the platform.

Content reported as violating our policies will be removed within 24 hours of being reported.

Examples of prohibited content include, but are not limited to: hate speech, harassment, explicit content involving minors, threats, and spam.

6. Premium Subscription

The Service offers an optional Premium subscription with additional features. Details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

Depending on your geographic location, the merchant of record may be either PlsConfess directly or a trusted third-party such as Paddle.com. Payments on our website are securely processed through trusted payment processors (Stripe, Bank of Georgia, Paddle, etc.). Payments in mobile applications are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).

The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time. For more information on refunds, see our refund policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Georgia.
